A mum used her talent for making health and beauty products to help her son who was going through gruelling treatment - and went on to establish a successful business.
Georgina Tang, 60, decided to take matters into her own hands after when was tucking her son, Alessio, into bed one night a clump of his black hair came out in her hand.
Alessio, who was then only a child but is now 20, was going through chemotherapy to treat an incurable condition that attacks the body similar to cancer - just one of the severe conditions he deals with on a daily basis.

When Alessio was born, the doctors at Liverpool Women’s Hospital initially believed he would not make it to his first birthday. Their thoughts were based on the fact Alessio had complex medical needs - some of which still haven’t been diagnosed to this day.
Georgina, who is originally from Hong Kong but now lives in Knowsley, Merseyside, told the Liverpool Echo: “Many times he stopped breathing and we also discovered very young that he suffered from five different types of seizures with his epilepsy.
He had gastric reflux when he was born and wasn’t feeding properly - he didn’t have the function to suck. “He was born through a c-section and didn’t cry at all so they had to resuscitate him and put him straight into special care. I lost consciousness on the theatre table and the last thing I remember before waking up days later was the doctor saying ‘she is losing too much blood’. I was gone for two days.
