Coronation Street star Jack P Shepherd has quipped 'imagine I had feelings' as he made a change after getting a message from a 'fan' on social media. The actor, who is famed for playing David Platt in the ITV soap, took to Instagram to share a message he had received in response to one of his latest posts.
In the Instagram Story clip, Jack said it's 'that time' as he teased what has become somewhat of an annual tradition. The soap star could be seen fixing his hair as he looked into the camera of his phone before giving a glimpse of his surroundings which showed he was on the set of a festive ITV show.
Jack confirmed he'll be back on The Big Quiz: Coronation Street v Emmerdale which is usually hosted by Stephen Mulhern and sees members of the cast of Corrie take on those from Emmerdale as they go head to head to find out who knows the most about their show.

But he received a direct message which appeared to hit a nerve. "Got a DM off someone on Insta. Here, I'll show ya..." the 35-year-old typed before sharing a screengrab of the message which read: "Please get rid of the hair transplant hang up and have it cut into a much more modern cut!"
It continued: "You are a handsome and lovely guy and don't need the unsuitable and unfashionable long hair style to prove anything," before rounding off: "Just saying x." Jack also shared his response to the message, saying: "I don't like modern cuts tho. What do I do now?" to which the follower replied: "Same style but shorter."
