Manchester City and all clubs interested in Newcastle United midfielder Bruno Guimaraes have been given a one-month warning before his release clause expires.
Guimaraes reportedly has a £100million release clause and it seems clubs would have to make a bid of that amount before the end of June to land the talented midfielder.
City have been heavily linked with the Brazilian, with many suggesting Newcastle could be forced to sell to generate funds and comply with strict Financial Fair Play restrictions. If they get a £100million offer for Guimaraes, however, the Magpies will have no choice but to sell.

Eddie Howe recently doubled down on his belief that Guimaraes would remain at the Tyneside club beyond the summer, shutting down claims that Guimaraes was bidding farewell to the Toon Army after Newcastle's final home game of the season.
Guimaraes appeared visibly emotional on his haunches on the pitch at full time after Newcastle drew 1-1 with Brighton.
"Did Bruno wave goodbye? I don't think it's a wave goodbye," said Howe. "I think Bruno does that many times. But it can be interpreted in a way if people watching decided that's the case. I hope not. He's integral to what we're doing and we're desperate to keep him."
In a recent report by Newcastle-based outlet Chronicle Live, it was claimed City are among three clubs keen on the 26-year-old, along with Arsenal and Real Madrid.
