With the January transfer window now shut, Manchester City’s squad numbers for the remainder of the season have been confirmed.
It proved to be a quiet month in terms of incomings at the Etihad, with Julian Alvarez the only new arrival as the rising Argentine star made his move official on deadline day.
The 21-year-old will remain at River Plate for the remainder of the season before joining up with his new team-mates in the summer, by which time he should find what his squad number at City will be.
There are some notable numbers available to him at the moment, including no.32, which was of course worn by his fellow countryman Carlos Tevez during his time at the Etihad.
