Married At First Sight UK's April Banbury has shared some telling posts on social media that hint she has already split from husband George Roberts. The pair have faced a host of challenges throughout the series as George openly admits he struggles with trust, and throughout their time so far he has found it hard to get past the "cheating" that took place on their honeymoon.
In this week’s episodes, George, 40, and April, 32, appeared to be stronger as a couple, however, by the end of the week their issues seemed to have resurfaced with George accusing April of not being completely open about a past love interest, resulting in the wedding dress designer bursting into tears. Following the episodes airing, April took to her Instagram Stories to speak out about her “cry baby” moments on the show and spoke directly to her followers encouraging them to “not be afraid to let their emotions out”.The clip sees April recalling the "intense" and "tough" time, revealing she is now in therapy.
And in a telling comment, suggesting that the pair may have called it quits, she wrote: “The traumas that have been brought on from this show have made me re-evaluate things. "I really have and I'm not ashamed to admit this, I have been seeing a therapist ever since.
"They have helped me overcome a lot from the show and I am grateful for that." She followed the video with some cryptic posts which add weight to the idea that her relationship to George has ended. One said: "If you're trying to justify something, you are trying to escape from something you don't want to admit."
