As the Love Island villa continues to be rocked by yet another dramatic weekend which brought us Movie Night, heightened tensions and more than a few skeletons being unearthed, OK!’s resident expert on all things Love Island, Shaughna Phillips has shared a few of her thoughts on the drama that unfolded on this weeks Let’s Chat Hun. During tense scenes, the Islanders were played clips of their partners behaviour during Casa Amor, which revealed a few hidden truths that they may not originally have been aware of.
One person who was seemingly singled out for having gotten to know the new bombshells was Tasha Ghouri, who was subjected to a vicious tongue lashing by Luca Bish for following her heart. Speaking about the scenes, which Shaughna herself admitted was a hard watch, she said: “I am flabbergasted by why there is so much resentment and anger towards Tasha.
I still don’t get it. I get that she was coupled up with Andrew and also explored other options, but is that not what you’re supposed to do?” Unpacking Luca’s unprecedented response, Shaughna went on to suggest that Luca’s behaviour was all part of a bigger plan to undermine the other couples in order to secure a win for himself and current partner Gemma Owen.
She added: “I feel like it’s very obvious what Luca is doing. He’s trying to cause problems with other couples to kind of, clear a path maybe for himself.
But he had a bad, bad episode yesterday.” During an awkward exchange as Movie Night, Luca was seen by viewers continually berating and undermining Tasha, even going so far as to continually keep saying “Tasha who?” This was particularly apparent during a clip where he was encouraging Andrew to stray with Coco.
