Love Island looks set for explosive scenes on Wednesday night as the Islanders take part in the racy challenge Popping Off. For the game, each Islander takes it in turn to seductively pop a balloon, revealing a dare they then have to perform with an Islander of their choosing.
The list of playful dares includes Charlotte Sumner getting dared to: "Tell all the Islanders to cover their eyes for 60 seconds and snog someone of your choice, but 'shh, it’s a secret!'" And to the surprise of the group, she chooses to kiss someone other than her partner Zachariah Noble... Also during the game, Sammy Root is dared to "snog the two Islanders you think fancy you the most" and he chooses his current partner Jess Harding, plus new bombshell Leah Taylor.
How will Jess react and will Leah be interested in getting to know Sammy? Later, as the dares keep coming and bold moves aplenty, what revelations lie in store for our Islanders? Also on Wednesday night, Love Island is set for dramatic scenes as the Islanders make a tough decision about who to send home at the recoupling.Tuesday's episode ended with Ella Thomas and Ruchee Gurung both left single and vulnerable. And Wednesday's instalment sees the villa decide who goes home as their show fate is in the hands of the Islanders.
As Ruchee and Ella head to the sundeck, their fellow Islanders deliberate on the difficult decision. Catherine Agbaje says: "This is very difficult, it’s obviously not nice seeing two of your friends standing up there." While Mitchel Taylor adds: "I get on with both of them, they’re both my mates and I adore Ruchee, she’s just had a bit of bad luck…" While Jess Harding says: "They both have amazing personalities and it’s just unfortunate that it’s come to this."
