Love Island could be set for yet another love triangle, as a sneak preview of Thursday's episode teases Jess Harding's partner Sammy Root deciding to explore his "sexual connection" with Leah Taylor. Since bombshell Leah arrived at the villa, Sammy's head has been turned from his partner Jess and a sneak preview of Thursday's show, 15 June, included Sammy and Leah sharing a kiss as Jess was forced to look on during a task.
But Sammy takes things one step further by trying to make sure that he has all bases covered before sacking off his connection with Jess and committing to pursuing things with Leah. As he pulls Leah for a chat, he will tell her: "I do wanna get to know you but at the end of the day I’m not going to go out of my way and risk what I have going on if I feel like you’re not interested in me." Leah offers him the reassurance he is looking for by replying: "I feel like I have made it pretty clear since coming in here that I am getting to know you." Sammy then compares her to Jess, saying his connection with the newcomer is much stronger.
He tells Leah: "With Jess, we get on really well, but there wasn’t like an instant sexual connection… but when you came in, I feel like you and me do have that." Leah agrees: "Yeah it’s more of an instant thing." It looks like there could be no going back for Sammy with Jess, who is already put out by a game set to air in the same episode that sees Sammy and Leah share a kiss. The She's A Keeper game tests each girl's football skills before they're asked to give one of the boys a red card, and choose another to kiss as their star player. Although Zachariah Noble proves the most popular with four kisses, Leah only has eyes for Sammy as she kisses him while Jess watches on.
