The wait is finally over for Love Island fans - Winter Sun launches tonight!
As ten fresh hopefuls get ready to enter a brand new swanky South African villa, fans are more than ready for a bit of sunshine on the cold dark nights after the show's three-year hiatus.
Loyal viewers of the hit dating series have been waiting patiently but now the programme returns to Cape Town for the first time since Scots star Paige Turley and beau Finley Tapp took the crown in the inaugural edition of the winter series. And happily for the new crop of contestants, the loved up pair are still going strong.
The new Winter Love Island line up has impressed fans of the show as the cast includes a TikTok famous farmer, a Michelle Keegan body double, and the show's first-ever partially sighted contestant. There's even a new host, in the shape of Maya Jama, who replaces Laura Whitmore after she stepped down at the end of the summer series to focus on other projects.
But who will be named the winner for 2023 is anyone's guess at the moment, but one thing is for certain - there will be love, tears and laughter, and a bit of bombshell action too. We can't wait to spend the next few weeks watching the drama unfold.
