Lorraine Kelly has shared 'the saddest news' that one of her colleagues from her self-titled show sadly passed away at the age of 25.
ITV producer Hannah Hawkins had been diagnosed with terminal cancer at 25, just two months after becoming a first-time mum and today her husband Tom revealed that she passed away the day before his birthday.
