Loose Women star makes TV comeback on rival channel 3 years after leaving show

A former star of Loose Women has returned to TV on a different channel after not being on the screen for three years. Saira Khan, 53, famously stepped away from the ITV show in 2021 after six years as a panelist. Saira claimed the people making the show tried to make her join OnlyFans, which is something Loose Women have always strong denied.
Unwilling to join the platform she then left the show, and has been absent from our screens ever since. But now, three years later, Saira has made her long awaited return to TV after she appeared on the Jeremy Vine Show on rival network, Channel 5. Reflecting on her return, the star, who first shot to fame on The Apprentice, thanked Jeremy for helping her come back to TV.
She said: "After taking a few years off the telly, it was nice to be back and I didn't realise how much I missed it. It was Jeremy [Vine] who persuaded me to come back," reports the Mirror. She added: "I think it's good to have a break and I feel more confident now about who I am and who I what I want to say." Saira had also previously talked about her time on the show on Instagram too, as she recently posted a picture from the programme and wrote about how happy she was to be back on TV.
She penned: "So after a few years off the telly, it was lovely to come back - @thejeremyvine persuaded me to do it and I'm not gonna lie.... I really enjoyed it. So thank you @jeremyvineon5 @thejeremyvine @owenjones84 for making my first day back lots of fun.
