Katie Price goes wedding dress and bridesmaid shopping in cute day out with sister and mother
Katie Price has revealed she and her sister Sophie and mum Amy have been shopping for wedding and bridesmaid dresses. The trio visited a bridal shop in Worthing, close to where they live after driving down on a girls’ day out. Katie was seen rifling though the wedding dresses as she sang The Dixie Cups’ song, Chapel Of Love. The trip appeared to be to find a wedding dress for her sister Sophie, who got engaged earlier in the year, rather than for Katie, 44, who is engaged to Carl Woods, 33. Sophie also shared snaps of her and her family in the shop, before heading to Jo Malone to pick out the perfect fragrance for her big day. She told her followers: ‘Got a few wedding day treats from @jomalonelondon this evening…’To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 videoSophie had picked out two fragrances from the brand to layer on top of one another, before adding: ‘All safe and sound at home ready for next week… ‘Did you wear a particular perfume on your wedding day? Couple who miss wedding due to flight cancellation are married on plane instead
Passengers on a flight in the United States were given an unexpected show when a couple got married on the plane.Tourists travelling from Texas to Las Vegas on April 24 became involved in an impromptu wedding ceremony in the air, reports Tyla.Couple Pam Patterson and Jeremy Sala were married aboard Southwest Flight 2690.The duo’s earlier American Airlines flight from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport had been cancelled due to bad weather. This meant that Pam and Jeremy would miss their chapel appointment in Nevada’s Sin City.Seeing the couple dressed in their wedding clothes at the airport – and seeming to get more anxious with each minute – fellow passenger Chris came up with a solution. It turned out that Chris was an ordained minister and so he offered to marry the pair himself when they got to their destination. The trio headed to the Southwest site and bought the last three seats on the almost full flight to Las Vegas.Upon boarding the plane, the pilot, Captain Gil, noticed Pam’s wedding dress and said that they could get married there and then on the flight. The airline crew decorated the cabin with toilet paper streamers and cave the minister a sash made of snacks.Plus, one of the flight attendants acted as Pam’s maid of honour.A photographer on board the flight took some wedding snaps of the happy couple while another passenger handed round a notebook for all the “guests” to sign with well wishes. On the official Facebook page, Southwest Airlines wrote: “Congrats to the newlyweds on a memorable inflight wedding neither our Employees nor Passengers are likely to forget!“We can't wait to welcome you back aboard the love airline.

'UK's great white shark' mystery as harbour master says 'fin' is something more mundane
great white shark fin' spotted off the coast of Sussex this week has been revealed to be something a lot less sinister. The 'shark' was spotted by James Venn, who snapped the strange object poking out of the water after believing it could have been a seal.He saw what he believed to be a sea creature in Goring-by-Sea, near Worthing in West Sussex, but after looking at his photos again, he started to believe that the shape matched the distinctive triangular fin of the great white shark. The 46-year-old's theory was backed up by shark fisherman Graeme Pullen, 70, who after looking at the pictures claimed it was 'an undisputed shark'.He said: "Analysing the photo it is obviously a shark - this can't be disputed."I've always thought there was a shark there as there have been so many sightings by fishermen, but James has managed to photograph the fin."However, despite the backing of the shark expert, it seemed talk of 'great white's cruising through British waters' gathered a lot of attention. After the photographs went viral, a harbour master has come forward to say what the object actually is, and it appears to be nothing more than a pipe.Responding to the furore, Littlehampton Harbour decided to put the 'sea-spriracy' to bed for good by revealing the unexciting truth of the spotting - that the object in the sea was little more than a pipe.A spokesman for Littlehampton Harbour said: “They say never let the truth ruin a good story, but before anyone else gets carried away about the ‘great white shark fin’ recently spotted off Ferring.“That’s actually the end of a Ferring Outfall pipe, which is a known hazard at low water marked by the Cardinal Buoy visible in the background of the photo."Please note it is not our intention to
