By the time police arrived, Hartley had reportedly fled to a nearby hotel but was later apprehended by cops after allegedly damaging several cars in a parking garage.Hartley was charged with elder abuse, battery and criminal mischief and was later released after posting bond.Reps for Def Leppard declined to comment to The Post.Allen, who lost his arm in a 1984 car accident, was in Florida to co-headline a concert with Mötley Crüe at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino on Sunday.
