London Grammar have shared their pulsing new single ‘Into Gold’ and have announced a 2024 European arena tour.‘Into Gold’ features a soft pulsing beat with frontwoman Hannah Reid singing: “Make ashes from stone / All of these things that I’ve seen turn darkness into gold / And when I was made from the right kind of wrong / All of these things that I’ve seen turned darkness into gold,” describing overcoming a tough situation.Speaking about the track in a press release, Reid shared: “‘Into Gold’ is about mourning loss and overcoming heartbreak. Kim Gordon has dropped a discordant new single, ‘ECRP’, to coincide with a run of dates starting tonight (June 25).Following on from her trap-inspired album ‘The Collective’ earlier this year, Gordon’s new one-off single is a noisy, experimental affair that speaks of “rumours of free speech” and “ashes on the nightstand”.The video, meanwhile, was directed by Gordon’s daughter Coco Gordon Moore and features various shots of New York street scenes.Check out ‘ECRP’ below.Gordon plays London’s Koko tonight, kicking off a European tour, and will head to Birmingham for a gig at the O2 Institute2. Easy Life have emerged from their legal battle with easyGroup under the new name of Hard Life with their comeback single ‘Tears’.
