On Sunday (August 20), the 36-year-old Glee actress shared some behind-the-scenes photos for her son’s PAW Patrol-themed birthday party to Instagram.

“Happy 3rd Birthday to our beautiful son! Ever we love you so much!,” Lea captioned a series of photos of her with Ever and her husband Zandy Reich.
She also shared a series of snaps of Ever‘s PAW Patrol birthday cake, wishing him another happy birthday in the caption.
Lea‘s posts come after Ever was hospitalized for an undisclosed health issue earlier this year.
“Today was a hard day. As parents, we have to be strong for our kids,” she wrote on social media after revealing that Ever had been admitted to the hospital for a second time. “But sometimes you just want to break down and cry (Hidden in the bathroom or closest is usually best. Today I chose the hospital bathroom).”
