Lea Michele bid goodbye to Funny Girl with a very special performance during the final curtain call.
The 37-year-old has led the revival since September of last year and marked her goodbye with a rendition of “My Man” on stage.

If you’re unaware, “My Man” isn’t part of the show at all, but actually a song that the real Fanny Brice would sing during her vaudeville days.
Barbra Streisand performed the song during her own final Broadway performance of Funny Girl many years ago, and it was later added to the movie version as the big finale moment, replacing the song “The Music That Makes Me Dance.”
Lea also performed “My Man” on Glee.
“This is the hardest song I’ve ever sung,” she stated on stage before performing the tune.
