Nearly one week ahead of their coronation, the royal family has released a new portrait of King Charles III and Camilla, Queen Consort.

With just days to go until the Coronation, three new photographs of King Charles and Queen Consort Camilla have been released. The new portraits show the couple, who will next Saturday be officially crowned, posing in the blue drawing room at Buckingham Palace. The photos were taken by Hugo Burnard, who also took the Royal couple's wedding pictures back in 2005.

Prince William and the Princess of Wales met with volunteers of the Central Beacons Mountain Rescue Team on Thursday. Middleton and William both wore matching red coats – the same ones as the rescuers – for the outing.

King Charles and Queen Consort Camilla have personally chosen a “Coronation Quiche” recipe that includes an ingredient loved by A-list celebs - edamame beans. The Royal Family’s official Twitter account has shared the recipe for the open baked savoury tart that can be made for the Big Lunches set to be held to mark the King and Queen Consort's crowning. It features cheddar cheese, spinach, tarragon and either broad or soya beans - also known as edamame.

With the Coronation just around the corner, King Charles appears to be a "calmer person", according to body language expert Darren Stanton.The King and Queen Consort Camila, who will become 'Queen Camilia', will be Coronated on May 6 at Westminster Abbey. And experts believe King Charles will slip into his new role just fine since becoming much more "comfortable" at big events. Members of the Royal Family were out in force yesterday (Sunday, April 9) as they attended the Easter Mattins Service at St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle. Among the ranks were The Prince and Princess of Wales who made the short journey from Adelaide Cottage with their three children to spend the first Easter Sunday of the new reign with The King and Queen Consort. While they walked behind the likes of Zara Tindall and Princess Beatrice, there were a handful of sweet moments shared between the family-of-five as they arrived and departed the service.

His Majesty King Charles III and the Queen Consort Camilla will celebrate coronation day on Saturday, May 6 with ceremonial events throughout London. Their Majesties will travel from Buckingham Palace in The King's Procession to Westminster Abbey in the Diamond Jubilee State Coach, which was created for the Queen Elizabeth II to commemorate the 60th anniversary of her reign in 2012.  The Queen died in September at the age of 96.
