Chris Aitken heaped praise on new signing Bryan Boylan after title-chasing Kilwinning Rangers dazzled under the Friday Night Lights.

“There were a number of reasons why I brought Bryan back to the club,” he said. “It’s not just his quality as a player but as a person as well. He knows the club inside out. I said at the start I wasn’t going to sign players for the sake of signing them.
“It was an excellent debut for him and hopefully he can go and kick on. I think he gave us a real energy but there were a lot of pleasing aspects about the game.”
