Kerry Katona looked unrecognisable as she unveiled a brand new look for her role as Mother Gothel in a touring panto production of Rapunzel.Taking to Instagram, the star, 42, posted a picture of herself transformed into her character complete with a brunette curly wig and fringe. Kerry captioned the snap with: "Now I look more like Mother Gothel @abpltd!" The star, who usually has blonde locks, looked almost unrecognisable, so much so, that her fans even mistook her for Emmerdale character Chas Dingle.Taking to the comments section, one person said: "First look I thought it was Chas from Emmerdale!" to which a different account replied: "I thought that too xx." Another person wrote: "Chas Dingle" with heart eye emojis.
A different follower put: "I thought it was Chas from Emmerdale!" While another fan added: "Look like Chas from Emmerdale!" Elsewhere, one person said: "The colour suits you" with a heart emoji. While a different account added: "Oh my god love you this colour looks wicked you should go this colour suits your face and eyes xx." Kerry is playing Rapunzel’s wicked Mother Gothel in the panto, starring alongside the likes of Dean Gaffney and Joanne Clifton.
It comes after Kerry revealed she feels "amazing" after shedding 8lb in a week. The former Atomic Kitten star is celebrating being back in her size 12 jeans after overhauling her diet and fitness.
