The gruelling search to locate missing British teenager Jay Slater in Tenerife is continuing in its second week, with rescue teams still searching the mountains in the north west of the island.
The 19-year-old, from Lancashire, was reported missing on June 17 while on a holiday with friends. He attended the NRG rave in the Playa de las Americas resort, before reportedly travelling over 30km to stay in the rural village of Masca with two men he had met.
He has not been seen or heard from since his phone is said to have died in the middle of a vast ravine, with major efforts continuing across the 'treacherous' Rural de Teno Park and huge police enquiries ongoing.

But there are six key questions that are still confusing friends, family and leading investigators about the case.
The British teenager is said to have walked off alone, uphill into the mountains of the Rural de Teno Park on June 17, after staying at a remote Airbnb with two people he is thought to have met at the NRG music festival.
He stayed in the village of Masca - around 30km away from Los Cristianos, the resort where he had been staying with friends in the south of the island.
The Airbnb owner told the M.E.N that Jay 'walked off alone' and uphill, in the wrong direction. She said she told him a bus out of the village would be two hours.
But despite its remoteness, Jay's devastated parents, dad Warren and mum Debbie, have questioned how nobody saw him on the Monday morning he vanished.
