Josie Gibson was jubilant as she celebrated a massive achievement in her new fitness routine. The 38-year-old This Morning star has been looking better than ever lately, and it seems that that is, in part, down to the fact that she's enlisted a personal trainer to help her achieve her fitness goals.
On Tuesday, 31 October, the mum of one took to Instagram to document her outdoor run as she marvelled at being able to cover 5k, admitting she'd previously 'never run more than 5 minutes'. The TV star had been wiped clean of the dramatic Halloween makeup that she'd sported earlier in the day to present a seasonal special episode of This Morning alongside Rylan Clark.
She showed off her natural beauty and freckles with her blonde hair tied back and sported a grey t-shirt and chunky headphones around her neck. The former Big Brother winner beamed as she and her trainer had slowed to a walk in the park, as the camera panned to include him.
Over the top of the Instagram story, Josie wrote: "Never run more than 5 minutes but this one has been training me and now I'm in the 5k crew," as she tagged her trainer and thanked him. She later shared another video of him, as he encouraged her to run another 1k as she wrote: "Taking the p**s now, you've had 5k and now he wants 6!" Josie recently showed off her incredible figure during a sun-soaked holiday with her five year old son, Reggie, and some pals, as she donned a number of bikinis.
