Ian Evatt believes Josh Sheehan will be like a 'new signing' for Bolton Wanderers this season after recovering from a ruptured ACL.
The 27-year-old joined Wanderers last summer on a free transfer from Newport County and put pen to paper on a two-year deal. He started the season brightly for Wanderers and scored four goals in 20 appearances before his campaign was ended early due to injury.
The midfielder was sidelined in November due to a ruptured ACL and has been on the comeback trail since then. He has travelled with the club to its pre-season training camp on the Algarve in Portugal.

The former Swansea City trainee has been joining in with the training sessions. He was joined on the sidelines last season by winger Lloyd Isgrove, who was sidelined by hamstring problems.
The pair have both been continuing their recoveries from their respective injuries while in Portugal. Sheehan has been more involved with the group than Isgrove has been due to being further down the road with his recovery.
Sheehan is not too far away from being back training with the group as a whole and Evatt believes last summer's signing will be like a fresh acquisition. He is looking forward to seeing what he can do in the team this season.
