'I'm struggling' says Strictly's Adam Thomas amid 'panic attack'

Adam Thomas has opened up about his anxiety over the Strictly Come Dancing live shows, revealing that he becomes a bundle on nerves on Saturday nights. Sharing a video on Instagram Story, the Waterloo Road actor, 35, told fans: "This is the bit I hate. We have just had a session this morning.
"And I don't know what it is, but for me, Saturday night nerves get the better of me and my mind's a mush and I forget the routine... "I go into panic mode so Luba has gone in next door to get the dance students who are next door to watch the dance to help me get over my nerves..." He continued: "I'm having a full-on anxiety attack already. don't know what it is, man.
"On Saturday night I get so many nerves and it's the one thing I'm struggling with. I know the routine which is a good thing. We'll get there, though." In a second video Luba could be seen bringing in number of dancers, as Adam exclaimed: "Why's there so many? Help me!" And in a third her showed a clip of the the dancers applauding the dance, to which he added the text: "Slowly getting over my nerves...
thanks to this lot." On his Instagram, Adam also revealed that he had been spending some time with his brother Ryan, as he captioned a snap of the pair: "Really blessed to have this one in my life @ryanthomas84 always there for me. Love you brother x" It comes after Coronation Street star Ryan told OK! that he had been a nervous wreck watching his brother on Strictly. Ryan, who is reportedly being lined up for next year's Dancing On Ice, told us: "We're not in competition, we're very supportive of each other.
