Police and emergency services swarmed a pub in north Manchester in the early hours of Sunday morning (October 8) after a woman was reportedly attacked.
An image taken of the scene shows a large number of police vehicles responding near to The Shiredale Pub on Fernclough Road, Harpurhey shortly after midnight.
Greater Manchester Police confirmed they attended reports of an assault outside a pub at around 12.16am and that a 20-year-old woman had been taken to hospital. Her injuries are not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing.

The remnants of police tape from a cordon remained outside the pub on Sunday morning with blood also seen on a shopping bag on the ground.
Pictures and video footage from the scene show at least eight emergency services vehicles including police, incident response units and an ambulance.
It is understood the victim sustained a cut to her ear in the attack. No arrests have been made with police investigations still ongoing.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: "Police responded to reports of an assault outside a pub on Fernclough Road, in Harpurhey, at around 00.16 hours this morning (Sunday 8 October).
"The victim, a 20-year-old woman, was taken to hospital for treatment on her injuries which are not life-threatening or life-changing. No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing."
The Shiredale Pub declined to comment when approached by the Manchester Evening News.
