Holly Willoughby has shared her latest thoughts on moving forward and "releasing negativity", just as former best pal and This Morning co-presenter Phillip Schofield has unfollowed her on Instagram.
The TV star and lifestyle brand owner wrote down her musings in the latest Wylde Moon newsletter, which was sent out to subscribers on September 4. She became incredibly philosophical as the first week of September brought along reflections and memories for the mum-of-three as her children go back to school for another year.
But it's also a very pivotal time for Holly, 42, as she continues to move forward after the drama in May that led to Phillip, 61, stepping down from all his roles at ITV. The disgraced presenter then admitted to previously having an "unwise but not illegal" affair with a much younger colleague from This Morning.
After her annual summer off from the daytine TV show, many even wondered if Holly would choose to return to the sofa, possibly opting for a fresh start instead. Yet as she spoke candidly with fans, Holly assured that it was "lovely" to be back on the sofa with Alison Hammond once more.
"This week’s lunar phase is the Third Quarter Moon," the presenter explained, delving straight into the details of the latest astrological changes. "It’s known as a good time to release negativity and any old habits that might be hindering you, which sounds very fitting for the new beginnings that come with the arrival of September.
