Pep Guardiola has been dealt yet another injury scare during the international break as Manchester City await an update on Erling Haaland before their impending Premier League showdown with Liverpool.
Haaland (ankle) limped off when playing for Norway against the Faroe Islands on Thursday night and City will have everything crossed hoping their free-scoring striker makes a quick recovery. The treble-winners are due to take on Premier League title rivals Liverpool in their next domestic match on Saturday, November 25.
City will have to check up on eight players before the game at the Etihad Stadium (12.30pm) after Haaland became the latest man to enter their treatment room. Here's our injury round-up and possible return dates for those players.

Norway team doctor Ola Sand said: "It was much of the same that happened against Bournemouth. He's had it before, too. He gets a slight twist in his ankle, where he's a bit vulnerable. It hurts a lot right away and then it goes away pretty quickly. Now he will receive treatment, then there will be peace and rest, and then we will see how he is tomorrow morning. We have already spoken to City. Erling has spoken to both City and their doctor."
Haaland has remained with Norway ahead of their clash with Scotland on Sunday so the early signs are good.

What Guardiola has said: "We'll see after the international break. The doctor said to me it's not bad. I don't know, but I don't want to create tempo [a time-frame]. When he's fit again he'll come back."
