‘Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3’ Teaser Trailer: Will Poulter’s Adam Warlock Brings Space Magic To The Cosmos

We all knew changes were afoot, and new studio chief James Gunn revealed today that more DC Studios announcements would arrive in January, but today, there’s been one more casualty added to the old Water Hamada-led DCEU. “Black Adam 2” will not be moving forward.

Dwayne Johnson has taken to social to make it official that he’s heard from DC Studios co-head James Gunn and Black Adam won’t be a part of the first phase of DC’s new plans. “However, DC and Seven Bucks have agreed to continue exploring the most valuable ways Black Adam can be utilized in future DC multiverse chapters.”

Digital movie ticket retailer Fandango has unveiled the results of its 2023 Most Anticipated Movies Survey, and what audiences want to see the most is James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.

DC Studios co-head James Gunn took to Twitter to respond to the chaotic news that broke yesterday about Patty Jenkins’ Wonder Woman 3 not moving forward and other DC changes. You can see the tweets below.

Yesterday, The Hollywood Reporter broke a lot of news about the DCU‘s future, with multiple bombshells in the mix about a drastic full reset for the franchise. The biggest one?  Patty Jenkins‘ “Wonder Woman 3” is dead, and it’s possible “Man Of Steel 2” may get the ax, too.

There’s some snarking going on out there that Black Adam is poised to lose $50M-$100M, and that is simply just not true. Deadline film finance sources, meaning people who do this for a living and those close to the film say this movie is bound to break even and be in the black. Scroll down to see how. With a global gross of $390M, a $195M production cost and a P&A spend between $80M-$100M, the Dwayne Johnson DC/New Line film is looking to net between $52M-$72M.

Well, we finally have the title of ‘Indiana Jones 5.’ It’s called “Indiana Jones and The Dial of Destiny,” and the first trailer, poster, and new images are here. The Walt Disney Company today released the teaser trailer and poster for Lucasfilm’s “Indiana Jones and The Dial of Destiny,” the highly anticipated fifth installment of the iconic “Indiana Jones” franchise, starring Harrison Ford as the legendary hero archaeologist and directed by James Mangold (“Ford v Ferrari,” “Logan”).

James Gunn’s swan song as writer/director of the Guardians of the Galaxy series took another step forward today, as the trailer for Vol. 3 was previewed at CCXP22 In São Paulo, Brazil.

Of course, this wouldn’t be a “Guardians of the Galaxy” movie without a supersized threat. And this entry has a pair of them: Adam Warlock (Will Poulter), a super-being created by Ayesha (Elizabeth Debicki) to go after the Guardians and the High Evolutionary (Chukwudi Iwuji), a mad scientist responsible for the creation of Rocket (Bradley Cooper).

The Nintendo Direct YouTube channel unveiled the second trailer today for Illumination’s Super Mario Bros Movie.

The highly anticipated “The Super Mario Bros.”  will be the second American film adaptation of the popular Nintendo game. After the disastrous 1993 live-action “Super Mario Bros.” movie, which starred Bob Hoskins and John Leguizamo as Mario Mario and Luigi Mario (yeah…), a new film version of the video game franchise languished in development hell until reports of the video game developer discussing with Illumination entertainment to do an animated film centering around the popular iconic character gamers grew to know and love.  Chris Pratt and Charlie Day will be voicing Mario and Luigi, while Anya Taylor-Joy plays Princess Peach.
