Peanut butter breakfast bars Makes 8 Ingredients 1 mug of rolled oats Handful of raisins 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter 2 tbsp honey 1 egg Method Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4 and line a small baking tin with greaseproof paper. Mix together the oats, raisins, peanut butter, honey and egg in a bowl until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to the lined tin and press down with the back of a spoon (the mixture should be 2cm thick).
