EastEnders star to reprise role this month as she makes return to Walford

EastEnders viewers believe they have spotted another 'clue' ahead of the nail-biting Christmas episode to air later this year as the mystery of the body found at The Queen Vic remains to be revealed although it hasn't stopped fans from guessing.

It's time for the wedding of Kat Slater and Phil Mitchell tonight, EastEnders spoilers have revealed.This is the second time that the pair will try and tie the knot, but this time, Phil is keeping a huge secret from Kat – the fact that he slept with Emma Harding behind her back last week. Keanu Taylor has been blackmailing Phil, saying that if he didn't get him access to his daughter Peggy, who is Phil's granddaughter, then he would tell Kat everything. However, as he went to spill the news on Kat's hen-do, Keanu's ex, Sharon Watts, stepped in and told him if he revealed to Kat what Phil had done, she wouldn't let him see their son Albie anymore.

EastEnders fans had to do a double take on Monday as Lola Pearce lookalike Nadine arrived in Albert Square, following her tragic death earlier this year. Newcomer Nadine looked the spitting image of Lola, who died from a brain tumour, with her blonde locks tied up in a ponytail and a pair of oversized hoop earrings - Lola's signature look. Her arrival in Walford on Monday, 18 September, took Jay Brown - Lola's widower - by surprise and he later got chatting to Nadine in the Queen Vic before walking her to the tube station.

Actor Jack Ryder has said it could be time to bring his EastEnders character Jamie Mitchell back from the dead, 21 years after he was dramatically killed off. Jack, 41, appeared on EastEnders from 1998 until 2002 as Jamie, who arrived in Walford following the death of his father and was taken in by Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden).
