EastEnders actress Lorraine Stanley looked virtually unrecognisable from her alter ego as Karen Taylor on the soap, as she posed with her onscreen sons in a slew of new photographs to celebrate her birthday. The talented star, who turns 47 on Wednesday, was reunited with her on-screen sons as she celebrated an early birthday bash this weekend at her home, with a number of famous faces in attendance at the sun soaked party. Beaming from ear to ear, the star was clearly delighted to be celebrating with so many of her dear friends, with Keegan Baker actor Zack Morris and even Keanu star Danny Walters both on hand to help mark Lorraine’s special day.
As fans of the soap will know, Zack was the first member of Karen’s family to appear in Albert Square, but sadly left the show in 2022 to pursue a number of other high profile roles, including in Disney + anthology series, Goosebumps. Danny meanwhile returned to the show just last year to reprise his role as Keanu Taylor, with the party in particular marking the first time the trio had been reunited in the same place in several years.
Clearly loving every moment, Lorraine looked sensational in a white top and funky coloured headband as she showed off her glowing tan while posing alongside her co-stars for the celebration. There was even another showbiz star on hand too to join the celebration, as Whitney Dean actress Shona McGarty also cut a glamorous figure at the bash as she sported a long floral maxi dress for her pal’s special day.
Taking to Instagram to document the party, Lorraine took a moment to thank her guests for their kindness and continued friendship as she told her followers: "I had the best day/night with the most beautiful people. She then continued: ”Thank you
