A 'beautiful' young mum who was diagnosed with cancer just months after giving birth to her daughter has died.

A dog was shot dead after it broke off its lead at a farm and bit a sheep.
The incident happened in Disley, in Cheshire, yesterday (Sunday).
The Cheshire Police Rural Crime Team said in a post on Facebook that the dog managed to break away from its lead and went on to worry some sheep.

It bit one, leaving it with bite marks under its nose and chin.
Police said the dog's owner - who witnessed the entire 'horrific incident - tried to shout for it to come back numerous times, but it wouldn't return.
The farmer then arrived and there was 'no other option' but to shoot the dog.
A warning has now been issued to other dog owners when walking pets near livestock.
In full, the post written by Sergeant Simpson said: "Please let me be clear on this as there are no positive bits to this post and this is a very sad event which has resulted in significant injury to a lamb and the death of a dog. One of our most complained about social media lines is YOUR DOG, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY - mainly because this subject can be very emotive. However it's a message we stand by.
"Earlier today in #Disley a dog broke free of its lead and went on to worry a number of sheep injuring one, leaving it with bite marks to its nose and under its chin.
"This horrific incident was witnessed by the owner who tried to recall the dog, but it wouldn't return. Numerous attempts were made by the dog's owner and the farmer who arrived on scene, before they were left with no other option. Again the action taken was witnessed by everyone present and it's upsetting for all involved.
