A live-action reboot of the mid-90s animated television series Gargoyles is in early development at Disney+, Deadline has confirmed. The project hails from Annabelle writer Gary Dauberman and James Wan‘s Atomic Monster.

Walt Garrison, who won a Super Bowl with the Dallas Cowboys and competed as a rodeo cowboy, has died at 79. The NFL team posted the notice on its website Thursday that Garrison died overnight. It did not give a cause of death.

The Mouse House has notified Disney+ subscribers in Canada that as of Nov. 1, “Unless otherwise permitted by your service tier, you may not share your subscription outside of your household.” The notification also informs customers that if the company has determined that a Disney+ subscriber has violated those terms, “we may limit or terminate access to the service and/or take any other steps as permitted by this agreement.” The language suggests that Disney+ will be offering a new option (or options) for account-sharing outside a primary user’s household.

Rebecca Rubin Film and Media Reporter Ken Caldwell, a nearly 40-year veteran of Disney, is retiring from the company at the end of the year. He most recently served as executive vice president and general sales manager of North American theatrical sales and reported to Tony Chambers, the executive VP of theatrical distribution. In his role, Caldwell oversaw domestic distribution encompassing the U.S.
