Ederson is set to miss the remainder of City's season after suffering a fractured eye socket.
The Brazilian suffered the injury following an inadvertent collision with Tottenham defender Cristian Romero on Tuesday. Ederson played on for several minutes before eventually being replaced by Stefan Ortega.
As a result of the injury, Ederson will not be available for the Premier League showdown against West Ham or the FA Cup final against United.
