Danniella Westbrook rushed to hospital with ‘frightening pain’ after facelift

Daniella Westbrook has revealed she's in hospital after experiencing "unreal" pain, admitting it's been a "frightening" few days. The 49 year older former EastEnders star landed back in Portugal after she jetted to Turkey earlier this month for facial surgery. Taking to Instagram Stories, Daniella wrote: "Only I could land back in Portugal after surgery only to end up in hospital.
“The pain I’ve experienced is unreal, most frightening few days. Need it like a hole in the head, literally.” It comes after the star was photographed with a painful looking swollen face following her fifth round of facial reconstruction surgery. She went under the knife to fix the damage to her face after years of substance abuse, which left her with a collapsed septum and her cheekbones beginning to break down.
Following her latest op, Danniella, who recently went wedding dress shopping, shared images of herself with a swollen and bruised face. In photos taken in hospital ahead of surgery, she could be seen sporting a blue hair net and a hospital gown as a surgeon maps out the operation in blue inkings across her face. A second photo showed the former soap star, who played Sam Mitchell in EastEnders, lying in bed after her gruelling operation.
Doctors aligned Danniella's nose and she 1,200 threads put into her face, along with fat grating on her chin. She also had liposuction to remove fat from her body and place it into her cheeks and lips, and her jawline etched. Danniella admitted she was "very fearful" before going under the knife, and even wrote up a will.
