Kym Marsh said she 'could cry' as she took to Instagram with a late-night snap. The former Coronation Street soap has returned to Manchester after kicking off her stint in her new role in Take That musical Greatest Days in Bromley.
Morning Live host Kym, 46, who is currently taking time away from her presenting role on the BBC One show due to her musical duties, stars alongside her daughter Emilie, 25 in the new production of the hit musical - both playing the same character as "young Rachel" in her teens and present day Rachel in her 40s.
On Tuesday night (May 16), Kym and Emilie took to the stage in Manchester where they'll continue to perform for two weeks in the hit Take That musical.

And being back up north means Kym and Emilie can get extra support from their nearest and dearest. Taking to her Instagram Story on Tuesday, the actress, who played Michelle Connor on ITV's Corrie for 13 years, posted a selfie of herself and her youngest child, Poppy, who she shares with her Hollyoaks star ex Jamie Lomas.
"My girl came to wat me tonight @greatest_days," Kym wrote alongside the black and white snap. "And she LOVED it!!!" she shared before adding; "I'm so happy I could cry!!!"
Last week, Kym dazzled as she proudly took to the MEN Pride of Manchester Awards 2023 red carpet with her family. The long-standing supporter and host of the annual awards night took a break from her new theatre role to preside over proceedings at the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel on Wednesday night (May 10).
