A dad recorded a final video message for his children before ending his own life.
Brendan Halliwell was reported missing by his partner Sharon Moore on May 11 after he failed to turn up for work. A dog walker discovered the sheet metal worker's body while walking her dog in woods off Robinson Lane in Brierfield, Lancashire, that same day.
Paramedics were called and the 47-year-old was pronounced dead. Brendan, who lived in Brierfield but was born in Burnley, had previously indicated he was planning on ending his life and police treated his disappearance as a high risk case, Lancs Live reports.

Reading from a statement by Brendan's partner Sharon, Area Coroner Chris Long said: "Brendan was living with his partner in Brierfield and approximately a month prior she had found [items] and when she asked Brendan about it he admitted he had been considering suicide."
The inquest heard that on the day he went missing, Brendan had sent a text message to his ex-partner, Rebecca Halliwell, referring to his children. The text indicated he was intending to end his life.
Just over an hour before Brendan was found dead, he had recorded a video message on his phone. The contents of the video were also consistent with an intention to end his life.
Returning a conclusion of suicide, the coroner passed on his condolences to Brendan's family and said: "Mr Halliwell was found deceased on May
