Coronation Street's Channique Sterling-Brown has opened up about the unexpected downside of her impressive weight loss journey in a touching Instagram post.
The star, known for her role as Dee-Dee Bailey on the ITV soap, is no stranger to sharing glimpses of her glitzy life online and has recently been at the centre of an intense plotline, with her character fighting for Roy Cropper's freedom from a wrongful murder conviction.
