But away from the cobbles, fans have recently seen Sue taking part in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here and appear on Loose Women as a guest panellist. However, she has recently been seen another role that is a far cry from her Weatherfield character and usual persona on the aforementioned shows.

The soap star has been performing in the Olivier Award-nominated production of Sister Act The Musical as she swapped the Rovers for rosary beads by playing Mother Superior in the UK and Ireland tour, including a stint at Manchester Palace Theatre back in March.
But as the saying goes, all good things must come to an end and Sue has officially finished her short stint as Mother Superior and marked the moment on social media.
She took to Instagram with a snap of herself which showed her standing on the stage in the empty auditorium with her back to the camera.
