Coronation Street fans predict 'more bad news' over unnoticed 'suspect' in Lauren Bolton case

Coronation Street fans have predicted 'more bad news' as they think a suspect has gone unnoticed in the Lauren Bolton case. Roy Cropper's solicitor, friends and family are still trying to prove his innocence after he was charged with the murder of the teen.
As viewers of the ITV soap know, the beloved cafe owner is currently behind bars after DS Lisa Swain decided he was her man and charged him with the murder of Lauren, who suddenly disappeared on February 23 following weeks of unusual behaviour linked to a 'mystery boyfriend'.
The missing person cases soon became a murder probe when blood was found in Lauren's flat and it was Roy who quickly became Swain's prime suspect after it emerged he was the last person to see her alive. He then misguidedly deep-cleaned Lauren’s flat in a bid to help his friend Evelyn Plummer, who was sub-letting the precinct flat.

But Roy is now being pressured into confessing to a crime he didn't commit. During Monday night's (April 22) Corrie, viewers saw Roy's young chess-playing friend Sam Blakeman call at the café to collect Freddie the dog, having promised Nina Lucas he’d walk him before school.
As Sam headed out, unbeknown to him, one of the internet sleuths who have been targeting Roy watches from a table in the corner. A distraught Sam was soon seen returning to Roy's Rolls without Freddie and explained that he ran off and that he was sorry.
Nina was quick to head out to look for him while Evelyn Plummer reluctantly stayed back to mind the cafe. Nina got some help from Toyah Battersby but with no luck, they
