Cops have locked down a road in Dumfries after a horror smash.
Emergency services raced to the crash on the B729 near Dunscore at around 4.15pm on Thursday, October 7.
The one-vehicle smash has already saw the road shut down for over five hours.
Motorists are being urged to avoid the road as police warned it would remain closed for a number of hours.
It's not yet known if anyone has been injured.
