He said in the series: "I clean it so well, I'm not sure it's actually appreciated so much by my wife, in all honesty. The fact that when everyone's in bed I then go around, clean the candles, turn the lights on to the right setting, make sure everywhere is tidy.
"I hate coming down in the morning and there's cups and plates and, you know, bowls. It's tiring going around every single candle cleaning it. I clip the candle wax, I clean the glass, that's my pet hate, the smoke around the inside of a candle."
He confessed: "I know, it's weird." Wife Victoria tells the Netflix crew: "He's just so perfect" before telling David he is "appreciated" by the clan. But he then hit back: "Don't believe that for a second. She sounds so sarcastic when she says it."

While many couples only tie the knot once, a growing trend among celebrities in recent years has been to hold second weddings to renew their vows - but one couple who opted for a second wedding long before it became fashionable are Victoria and David Beckham. The couple initially tied the knot all the way back in 1999 in a lavish ceremony that featured a very regal theme complete with crowns, thrones and multiple outfit changes - something that seemed particularly apt for football’s golden boy and his pop superstar bride. However, when renewing their vows seven years later, the former England captain and his fashion designer wife opted for a far more lowkey ceremony in an intimate and private venue attended only by their nearest and dearest.
