An Edinburgh man cracked viewers up in a 'hilarious' episode of First Dates after being matched with a 'clumsy' Dunfermline man.
Adam, a bagpiper from the capital claimed he was going on the show as he was sick of dating apps and found them 'disheartening.'
When questioned about his dating life, he told host Fred Sirieix: "It's sparse. Beggars can't be choosers" reports Edinburgh Live.
Producers paired Adam with 25-year-old Connor Boyle from Dunfermline, who confessed dating for him is a 'disaster.'
He added: "Unless you're a size one, nobody wants to have anything to do with you. But I'm plus sized and cuddly."
Conor rose to TikTok fame last year, for his clips filmed as his supermarket job.
The pair started awkwardly, as Adam attempted to provide a bagpipe lesson that went down like a led balloon.
Before long, they were getting on like a house on fire.
Adam said: "The last date I went on, we went round the Christmas markets in Edinburgh.
"It was nice, but there was just no chat."
Right on cue, Conor knocked over a full drink that splashed right on the floor. Adam added: "You did say you were clumsy."
The fun didn't stop there, as the camera followed Conor on his way to the bathroom where he tripped up the stairs and hit the deck.
Viewers got a good laugh out of it on X, with one user Mr Hyper Critical said: "These two Scots will be running a B&B in Blackpool before you know it… #firstdates."
Jason Wheatley commented: "Is the Scottish kid steaming or what!? Tips the drink, then f***s it down on the stairs! Ffs brilliant."
Ann Thom added: "Did the Scottish lad just say nothing about the spilt drink and let Fred slip in it?"
Rhea Kerr posted: "When your clumsy s**t just happens, I’m talking from experience."
