Stallone recalled what he ate and drank to keep his body fat down to 2.8% as he prepared to portray Rocky Balboa fighting James "Clubber" Lang, played by Mr.T. "My entire breakfast would be maybe two [small] oatmeal cookies made with brown rice and 10 cups of coffee because I wanted to keep my body fat down to 2.8 percent," Stallone told The Wall Street Journal.

K.J. Yossman Embracer Group, the Swedish gaming conglomerate that snapped up the rights to “Lord of the Rings” and “The Hobbit” in a surprise deal last summer, has finally revealed how much it paid – and it seems like they got a bargain. The Karlstad-headquartered company has confirmed it spent SEK 4.2 billion – $395 million at today’s conversion rates – to acquire Middle-Earth Enterprises from the Saul Zaentz Company last August. At the time the deal was announced, Embracer and Saul Zaentz declined to say how much the “Lord of the Rings” holding company had sold for. But estimates at the time projected the rights – which include worldwide rights to films, video games, board games, merchandising, theme parks and stage productions – were worth up to $2 billion.

Sweden’s Embracer paid nearly $396M for the rights to the Lord of the Rings franchise.

Blackie Onassis, the Urge Overkill drummer who played on the remake of “Girl, You’ll Be a Woman Soon” that was featured in Pulp Fiction and on the band’s 1993 hit “Sister Havana,” has died. His bandmates confirmed the news but gave no details including his age and cause of death.

Cormac McCarthy, generally considered one of America’s greatest living authors, has died. McCarthy is best known for books such as Blood Meridian or The Evening Redness in the West, The Road — which won the Pulitzer Prize for fiction — and No Country For Old Men — which was adapted into the Coen brothers Oscar-winning film. He was 89.
