The Traitors star Aaron Evans will star in First Dates as he searches for romance.
The news comes after the 25-year-old, who found fame after winning the first UK series of BBC's The Traitors, revealed a career change. Aaron previously won the reality TV show, hosted by Claudia Winkleman, alongside Meryl Williams and Hannah Byczkowski.
The three winners took home their share of the £101,050 prize, walking away with £33,000 each.
Now Aaron is set to get a new television experience, as he navigates a first date on the hit Channel 4 show.
The former estate agent has now spoke out about how he quit his career in property. Speaking on his YouTube channel, he revealed to fans that he now works on yachts, while balancing his travelling and television appearances.
Asked about his career, he told fans: “I am not an estate agent any more. I am currently working on yachts, which is why it is this strange background.
“I am just down in the cellar area, because it’s where there is the best light.” He also told his followers that they will see him very soon on First Dates and Mastermind. His unexpected appearance on First Dates, as revealed in a teaser for the new series, sparked reactions from fans surprised to see the Traitors winner in the realm of romantic encounters.
