BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Adam Thomas supported as he admits 'not feeling and looking his best' in candid update

Adam Thomas has been flooded with support from his fans and followers as he appeared to admit he's 'not feeling and looking his best' ahead of a live TV appearance. The Strictly Come Dancing star will appear on Loose Women on Wednesday (January 10) in his first interview since the dance show at the end of last year.
Adam will join the ITV lunchtime show's panel to chat all things Waterloo Road as the series returned to screen last week in which he plays Donte Charles. But as he left Greater Manchester and headed to London for the evening, it appears Adam became reflective about how he was feeling and wanted to help others.
The 35-year-old, from Manchester, shared a black and white snap of himself taken in the gorgeous garden of his home. He could be seen sporting a chunky knitted jumper under a smart coat and as he hid his hands in his pockets, he looked away from the camera showing off his perfectly tended-to locks.

"Here’s a little message to me,and to anyone who doesn’t feel, and look there best right now!" Adam started the caption of his post. "Listen we can’t slay all the time!! Haha just keep your head up and stay positive! I’m really making a conscious effort to really better myself this year physically and mentally.
"The one thing that really gets me down sometimes is I know am not fulfilling my full potential… are you? …I know the better version of ourselves is out there and I’m going to find him! Who’s coming with me?? Anyone? Guys?!! haha."
