Strictly Come Dancing fans were left blown away just minutes into the latest results show as a former professional dancer 'returned'. The BBC One dance contest returned to screens on Saturday night (November 4) as the nine remaining couples danced again for their place in the competition.
As they reached the halfway mark, the celebrities and their dance partner were hoping to impress the judges and voting public. And it was another big night for Ellie Leach as she impressed the judges with lifts, twirls and dips to top the leader board.
The former Coronation Street star sported a red sparkly dress with a feather collar as she performed the American smooth with partner Vito Coppola to Robbie Williams' rendition of Ain’t That A Kick In The Head before claiming a near-perfect but still a top score of 39 out of a possible 40.

And it was a similar leader board to last week as after kicking off Saturday’s show, actor Layton Williams came second in the latest rankings having delivered quick footwork, a pirouette and an aerial cartwheel to secure a score of 36 – the highest-scoring jive of the series so far.
He was seen donning a matching glitzy costume with his partner Nikita Kuzmin, as they performed to Shake Your Body by SHY FX & T Power featuring Di.
