Andre Onana has all but confirmed he will join Manchester United in an emotional message sent to Inter Milan fans.
The 27-year-old arrived at Carrington earlier this week to complete his medical, following the agreement of a £47.2million fee with the Italian side. He flew out to the United States earlier today, with Erik ten Hag keen to get him joined up with the squad for pre-season.
The signing is yet to be formally announced by either club, but in an emotional goodbye to Inter posted on his official Instagram account, the goalkeeper said now is the time to start 'new journey in Manchester.'

In my first days as a Nerazzurro I realised that this is a family, that being Interisti is a way of understanding life."I fell in love with San Siro, la Curva and the city. Now the circumstances are right for me to start a new journey in Manchester. I do it with great enthusiasm, but knowing that I will miss you. Eternal gratitude to all the interisti. You make this club great."Maybe one day our paths will cross again, but now it’s time to face new challenges and cheer you on from afar.
