Amazon Prime Video has teamed up with SXSW to launch a new online film festival.
The two are joining forces to launch ‘Prime Video presents the SXSW 2020 Film Festival Collection’ after the SXSW conference and festival was cancelled last month due to the ongoing coronavirus crisis.

There’s a silver lining for the silver screen after the industry came to a halt at the outset of the coronavirus pandemic.
Amazon Prime Video announced that it will host a handful of titles that were set to screen at this year’s SXSW film festival. The SXSW 2020 Film Festival Collection will be open to all users with an Amazon login in the United States, not just those with a Prime subscription, for ten days.
