Jay-Z will release a new album in 2024.Speculation around a new LP from the US rapper began circulating this weekend, when artist and video director Hidji World posted to social media on Sunday (January 28) that he was “shooting today” with Jay-Z.In the Instagram Story, he teased a film clapperboard labelled “JAY Z -2024 ALBUM” (per Billboard).Hidji’s name was credited as the director alongside director of photography Leroy Farrell. The slate was dated January 28.However, Jay-Z’s own Roc Nation quickly put down rumours on social media.

Now that Steven Soderbergh’s three-year overall deal with HBO is over, he’s free to work with any studio he chooses. And the filmmaker is doing just that, in his usual workaholic way, as Deadline reports that Focus Features outbid everyone for “Black Dog,” Soderbergh’s upcoming spy thriller with Cate Blanchett and Michael Fassbender.

Scottish comedian Kevin Bridges has been announced as this year's host for the Teenage Cancer Trust event at the Royal Albert Hall. The stand-up comedian, 37, will host "A Night of Comedy" on Tuesday, 19 March with performances from Rob Beckett, Paul Chowdhry, Joe Lycett, Joanne McNally and Seann Walsh, plus special guests who are yet to be announced.This night is a part of the week-long event that will take place at the Royal Albert Hall from 18 March to 24 March to help raise vital funds for the Teenage Cancer Trust charity.There will also be performances from The Who with Orchestra, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Young Fathers and The Chemical Brothers to name a few at the star-studded event.

Alex Ritman Julianne Moore is set to star in “The Room Next Door,” the first full-length English-language feature from Spanish auteur Pedro Almodóvar. Moore — whose casting was confirmed on Thursday by Almodóvar’s production company El Deseo on social media — joins Tilda Swinton in the film. Swinton previously starred in Almodovar’s 2021 short “The Human Voice.” Swinton’s casting, which Almodóvar’s first spoke about last year, was also confirmed by El Deseo.

Jaden Thompson Ramy Youssef will return to HBO with the new comedy special “Ramy Youssef: More Feelings,” debuting on the network in March before it streams on Max. Youssef is set to tape the special on Feb. 2 and Feb.
