In a new book out this week, Shearer recounts how he felt as a goalscorer when he was 22 and looks ahead to what Haaland can achieve. If the City striker can continue on his trajectory, this season may not be the last he is mentioned in the same conversation as legendary Everton forward Dixie Dean.
